Before you start
Create a MySQL database and database user in cPanel. The installer connects to that existing database; it does not depend on CREATE DATABASE privileges.
- PHP 8.3 or newer
- PDO MySQL, cURL, mbstring, XML, OpenSSL
- Writable storage/artifacts and storage/logs
- HTTPS enabled for production use
